Returns and Exchange Policy
At Tricked , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product , we’re here to assist you.
Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, within 14 days of receiving the product, you have the right to return it, providing it is in a 'sellable' condition.

To return an item an item please email us info@trickedmagic.com with your order reference, reason for return and, if appropriate, images of the item you are returning, where we will be able to discuss and process your return.

We will only accept returns that have been confirmed via email by ourselves.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your product.

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received, along with its original packaging, where possible. If the original packaging is unavailable, you must provide suitable packaging (such as a sturdy cardboard box) to prevent damage during return shipping. We cannot reimburse the cost of packaging for returns.

If an item is damaged due to inadequate packaging, a full refund may not be issued.

Any custom made or bespoke orders are not subject to return.

Refunds can take up to 7 business days, from us receiving the returned product.
Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please email us info@trickedmagic.com with details of your reason for wanting an exchange, your original order reference and any other information relevant regarding the exchange you would like.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, we may offer a refund via your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process, from us receiving the returned item.

Where possible, we will aim to ship your new item within 3 days of receiving the returned item. There are instances where this may not be possible, so please do not return anything to us until you have confirmation via email.

Faulty Items and Replacements

If you receive a faulty product, please email us immediately, info@trickedmagic.com, where we can discuss the options of replacement or refund. Please include images of the faulty product, along with your order reference.

Please ensure you email us before proceeding with any actions, as there may be instances where we do not have sufficient stock available.

No Replacement or Refund will be processed without previous confirmation by ourselves via email.
